Bergamot and Lemon remind our citrus frame while aromatic herbs such as Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Coriander bring a Mediterranean and floral side while Timut pepper brings a gourmet Peps.

Distilled on Stupfler stills, reduced with Pyrenean spring water.

A perfect match in Gin-Tonic.
